iF

Now in its fourth edition, iF: A Treasury of Poems for Almost Every Possibility is a beautifully illustrated collection of poetry designed for children aged 0 – 90. The anthology is edited by Rachel Kelly and Allie Esiri and was first published by Canongate Books in 2012. Full of Rachel and Allie’s best-loved poems, it is sure to delight and entertain – a sentiment shared by poet laureate Carol Ann Duffy who said the book should feature on the shelf of every child in Britain.

Reviews:

Allie Esiri and Rachel Kelly have done a great service not just to poetry lovers but, far more important, to he so many people who really haven’t absorbed the wonders of poetry in the way they might have if their eyes and ears had been opened just a little more. Rachel and Allie not only include the old favourites but add some lovely new ones which really deserve to be remembered – and learned by heart.
