It’s the start of Mental Health Awareness Week, an important time to have conversations around mental health and perhaps a time to explore strategies that can improve yours.
The Mental Health Foundation host this key awareness week and the theme this year is Body Image and its relationship to mental health.
I’ll be sharing short videos on the strategies that I find helpful when it comes to my wellbeing toolkit, having experienced two bouts of severe depression in my thirties.
My strategy today is about quitting comparing and despairing.
