Rachel speaks publicly about her experience to help reduce stigma and share what she has learnt about how to stay calm and well.
She contributes regular articles to The Times, The Guardian and The Telegraph, as well as other newspapers and magazines, and is a commentator on radio and television including Radio 4, BBC and Sky News.
Rachel also runs workshops for companies, charities and universities. She teaches participants to foster resilience and mental wellbeing by sharing her own personal experience, and evidence-based strategies relating to both body and mind.
