Elderflower and Green Tea Cooler Recipe – Good Mood Food

The green tea makes this cooler both calming and refreshing. Be sure to make the ginger pieces thick enough to fish out from your jug, and use only a tablespoon of elderflower cordial for every litre of water: it is high in sugar.
